Driver Age
The minimum driver’s age is 23 years and the maximum age allowed to rent is 75 Years old.
Young and Senior driver’s charge is not applicable.
Driver’s License
Drivers must hold a full and valid license for at least 3 years with no major endorsements. Also, a valid ID card or passport would be required at time of pick up. An International Driver’s License (IDL) is mandatory if the country haven’t joined Vienna convention on road traffic and if driver’s license is not in English.
The following documents are mandatory at the time of vehicle pick up: Passport, Driving License and a valid Credit Card. All the documents must be in the name of main driver***The main driver is the one who signs the contract.
Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The maximum excess amount is 200 USD.
Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in your rental amount. It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible.
The maximum excess amount is 200 USD
Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)
It is included in your rental amount. Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a limited cover for personal injuries and material damages up to 30000 USD.
We do not accept third-party insurances. However, we will provide the necessary documentation in the event of any damage, so that the customer can file a claim with their own insurance.
We do not offer excess reduction, as our rental rates include CDW, TPL, and Theft Waiver with an excess. Please note that minor damages such as small scratches, tire cuts, or other issues not resulting from a traffic accident (for example, damage from careless driving) are not covered. Additionally, insurance claims require a traffic police report to be valid.
Fees
A fee of 60 USD applies for collecting and dropping off the car at Tbilisi Airport. You will also be responsible for any parking fines and penalties incurred while the vehicle is in your possession. The rental office will forward any relevant fines to you, along with an applicable administration fee.
Additionally, a 15 USD car wash fee will apply to all rentals.
Rental vehicles are not permitted on prohibited roads, including Pshaveli-Omalo, Ananuri-Shatili, Vashlovani Nature Reserve, Akhaltsikhe-Batumi, Bakuriani-Tabatskuri, and Chobiskhevi-Kahisi Lake. A penalty of $500 will be applied for violations.
Breakdown Assistance
We provide roadside assistance at no additional charge, although response times may vary depending on the location. Please note that additional fees may apply if the breakdown is caused by careless use or driver fault.
Fuel Policy
You have to return the vehicle with same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pickup. In case of less fuel missing fuel will be charged in addition to a refueling fee on your return. Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.

Cross border Travel
Cross border travel is not allowed currently.
Tax Rate
Tax is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services, tax would be levied separately.
Payment Methods and Deposit
Rental payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, or cash (in USD, EUR, or GEL). Please note that a credit card is mandatory for the deposit and must be in the name of the main renter at the rental desk. We only accept MasterCard and Visa; American Express is not accepted.
Deposit
A refundable security deposit of 200 USD will be held from the credit card until the car is returned.
Delivery and collection
Delivery and collection of the vehicle within Old Tbilisi downtown is free of charge. Outside of Old Tbilisi, there is a fee of 15 USD for delivery and collection each[Inside Tbilisi].
Additionally, the charge is 120 USD each way for Kutaisi Airport and 150 USD each way for Batumi Airport.
Out of Hours
Out-of-hours service is available at no extra charge; however, advance booking is required.
Grace Period
For vehicle pick up:
2 hour of grace period is allowed.
After the grace period booking will be considered as Cancelled.
For vehicle return:
1 hour of grace period is allowed. After the grace period extra one day rental will apply.
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipments depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
